Tech/Dev/Feature Updates

To improve the overall LUXY experience, the Development team has decided to integrate a more regular deployment of feature updates to migrate any changes as seamlessly as possible to maintain a high-level user experience.

Deployed upgrades:

  • Claim/Redemption Systems
NFT collections with prizes are a thing, huh? That’s why, for selected partners, Luxy will have a claim/redemption service: When minting an NFT that has a prize associated with it, users will also mint a voucher NFT, representing the prize, and these two are tied together. If you own an NFT with a prize, it’s up to you to either claim it or sell the NFT with the prize in the secondary market!
  • Possibility of editing open listings and offers
A new option allows users to edit their listing (duration, price, etc), without having to delete it and create a new one!
  • Mobile usability & functionality
This one is for you, mobile user! We addressed and fixed general bugs and errors regarding the mobile version of Luxy, bringing you an optimized experience.
  • General UI improvements
Aesthetic and cosmetic fixtures related to drop/collection cards, and general visuals.
  • Menus and navigation — Reviews and updates
General improvements on the navigability inside the platform. Several menus were refactored, as well as positions grouping similar things.
  • New search bar
Freshly designed and implemented search bar for clearer results on Luxy, returning individual results for collections and NFTs from the specific searched term.
  • New “Token Standard” filter added to Explore page
The new filter is available on the Explore page for users who want to see ERC-1155 or ERC-721 NFTs.
  • Enhanced UX for traders
Better frontend logic guarantees fresher information on the offers’ expiration, as well as an expiration countdown for the active listings.
  • Infrastructure — Upgrades to the backend machines
We implemented a change to the infrastructure of our backend machines. For the end user, this reflects in more security, reliability, and speed to the platform.
  • Automatic contract checker upgrade
Improvements in our automatic contract checker, which now reviews if the Drops’ smart contracts have the proper variables, coherently to the user’s choices on the application form.
  • Launchpad — “All drops” pagination
Pagination added to the “All drops” page, keeping all the drops saved in an organized fashion, regardless of how many drops were registered on the platform.
  • Error message on the Application Form
Updates on the error modal on the Application Form, making debugging easier and failure messages more informative for users.

Bug fixes:

  • Bug — Error on uploading a new logo image
Fixed a bug where users reported errors when trying to upload a cover/logo image for an NFT collection.
  • Bug — Fees for $LUXY holders
Fixed a bug where $LUXY holders reported that the discount based on the total amount of $LUXY in their wallets was not being properly applied on the Syscoin network.
  • Bug — Sorting on explore
Fixed a bug where different sorting routes returned different values/results.
  • Bug — ERC-1155 NFTs owners route
Fixed a bug where, if an NFT had too many owners, the list of them would break the UI. Pagination added to the route that returns the list of owners of an ERC-1155 NFT, providing enhanced organization.
  • Bug — Drop cards’ size
Fixed a bug where the drop cards shown on the Launchpad and Homepage were sometimes displayed with the wrong size.
